Products Description

Features:

1. The machine is mainly used to grind external cylindrical surface and conic surface of parts with small coning, the accuracy of ground parts can reach IT5, IT6, and grind end face of step parts with lower dimensional accuracy.

2.The machine is suitable for using in machinery manufacturing industry, printing machinery, heavy machinery, etc.

3. Longitudinal movement of the worktable is carried out by hydraulic stepless transmission or by handwheel. Swiveling movement of workpiece is controlled by variable frequency motor together with frequency converter. Fast advance or reverse of grinding wheel stand is driven by hydraulic system. The machine adopts a dynamic-hydrostatic pressure spindle.

4. Grinding wheel is dressed through manual or automatic mode. Cross feed is carried out by hydraulic device as well as hand operation device.
